The process of nominations for LVHVR TOP CHOICE VACATION RENTAL takes place every six months. One month prior to nomination your property will be inspected by our SECRET Shoppers. This evaluation process will help LVHVR to make a decision whether Rental Property meets high standards.

After a thorough inspection is conducted, an establishment that meets LVHVR requirements will become LVHVR TOP CHOICE Approved — indicating its proven ability to provide a quality experience for customers.
